Embroidery Shoe

Chinese Embroidery Shoe have been worn by commoners in China since the Ching Dynasty (1644 ~ 1911 AD). However, the original versions of these stitched-soled shoes were primarily made out of inexpensive canvas. Modern designing have created shoes in many different fabrics, such as this damask version. A single strap comes across the ankle.
