At Orient-cheongsam, we constantly strive to bring customers the best products, the lowest prices and the most convenient shopping experience anywhere with customer service that is second to none.
How do I know you received my order?
When completing a purchase on Yandy an order confirmation screen should appear that says, "Thank you For Your Orient-cheongsam.com Order". You are then asked to confirm the items in your order by checking the correct size, color, etc. have been selected and that all of the items you want are listed as well as the shipping address and shipping method chosen are correct. If this message appears, we have received your order. If you notice an error in your order, you must notify Orient-cheongsam immediately or the order will be shipped as received by our internal system when the order was placed.
Why didn't I receive my confirmation email?
First, please check your Spam account as our emails occasionally end up there. If you still have not received your confirmation email it may be due to a spelling mistake when inputting your email address in to your order. If when placing your order you received the message saying, " Thank You For Your Orient-cheongsam.com Order," then we did receive your order. Please contact our customer service team with your confirmation number and they will be able to assist in remedying any issues with your confirmation email.
Why was I not able to select my size/color choice?
The sleeves on a Qun Kwa are designed to be ¾ in lengths to allow the bride to showcase her gold bangles and other gold jewelleries.
What delivery options do you offer?
We currently only offer a two delivery method to our customers.
How long does it take from order to shipment?
We aim to fulfill all orders within 48 hours of receiving full payment. Normally, we ship within 24 hours of your order.
You will receive a separate email once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping. However this could change with demand. Please let us know if you would like us to ship internationally by completing the contact us form. Please specify the country in which you would like us to ship to.
What if the item I purchased does not fit?
We will inspect all items returned to us to ensure they are in good condition and are re-sellable. Please note that until the item reaches us, it is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) reach us safely and is/are not damaged in transit.
In the event where the item(s) returned is/are in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to reject the refund and return the item(s) back to you.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or style?
Yes, we are happy to exchange your item for a different size or style within 5 days of receiving your original order. This is of course subject to the item being in its original condition.
Simply complete the contact us form, specifying your order number, the name of the item, the size and the item you wish to exchange it to. We will then check the availability and reserve the item for you on our end.
What to do if I have received a faulty item?
We check all items before it leaves us to ensure it is in good conditions and are not damaged.
In the unlikely event that the item is damaged, please report it to us straightaway, using the contact us form. Please ensure you include the order number, the name of the item, the size and a description of the fault.
We aim to get back to you within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
In the case of a genuine fault, we aim to get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
How can I receive my exchange faster?
All exchanges are processed within 2 business days after they are received back at Orient-cheongsam. However, if you are in need of your exchange quicker than our traditional turn around time you may want to consider placing a new order for the item you need. And returning the original item for refund.
Can you send me a catalog?
Unfortunately, we do not offer catalogs. Because we add new items to our web site daily, it would be very difficult to maintain an up-to-date, printed catalog. In order to keep our prices low, we have chosen not to distribute a printed catalog at this time.
