We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our clothing and some accessories  are made-to-measure, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.
A. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
B. Orders cancelled more than 24 hours (within 48 hours) after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
C. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Note: All special orders including custom-made, tailor-made, plus size , clearance items and personal name, slogan or logo imprinted items must be paid in full at time of order and may NOT be cancelled once your merchandise is under preparation.

 We accept returns of all merchandises purchased with no reasons, except the followings are not exchange or refund. 
- custom-made, tailor-made, plus size or alteration items;
- personal name, slogan or logo imprinted items; 
-clearance Items
- audio or video diskettes;
- bargain items; - items purchased with quantity, wholesaler or reseller discount;
- items purchased over 30 days from date of shipment;
- exchange or replacement items;
- items not in original condition as when purchased, including wear and tear, alteration, washing, etc. 

If you want to refund or exchange the products,  you  must contact us within 5 days. The  items must be sent back the products within 10 days after received the parcel. Receiving date is the day the customer consigned the parcel, which is recorded by delivery courier's tracking file. Before you return items, The items will be unworn and clean wrap in original fold and in original wrapping. We will process your return or exchange once received .Note: All unauthorized, "freight to collect" will be refused and no credit will be issued.

According to our company refund policy, you should return the dress to us, the shipping cost can't be refund and we will charge the re-stock fee ,We will refund the money to you upon we received your return dress.

According to our company exchange policy, you should return the dress to us and pay the re-shipping cost ,we will exchange the dress for you and ship it upon we received your return dress and payment.

Remedy for mistake made by the Tailor

The only exception if the Tailor made an error in the correct measurements given by the Client outside of the definitions given in "Measurements" . In such case the Tailor is obliged to, at his discretion, alter or remake the garment for FREE under the following terms:

- If the Tailor requests the Client to return the garment for alternation, the Tailor will reimburse postage (maximum up to US$10) to the Client. - Should the original order is a 'Rush delivery', the Tailor will refund US$10 as compensation for the delay.

- The garment will be altered or remade EXACTLY to the ORIGINAL measurements and instructions given in the original order. No subsequent amendment is acceptable. (Should the Client request any change to the original order, fees as mentioned below will become applicable.)

- The tailor should alter/remake the garment as soon as possible and ship it back to the Client. The Client understands and agrees that the above-mentioned remedy would be the full and final solution to the problem. Due to variation in properties and calibrations of different monitors, the colors on the screen may not 100% reflect true colors of the fabrics. Certain color variation should be expected and thus under no circumstance color variation would be considered an error.

Remedy to mistake made by the Client

Sometimes clients may make mistake in taking measurements. For example, clients might make rooms to the measurements instead of giving exact measurements as advised.

The Tailor has the responsibility to help the Client in altering or remaking the garment on a no-profit base. The Client would return the garment and agree to pay the following cost:

- If the garment can be altered (e.g. letting out a little bit or making it shorter/narrower): 3%~10% of the original garment cost.

- If the garment cannot be altered but can be changed to another style (e.g. a dress too short which can be altered to become a top): 25% of the original garment cost .

- If the garment should be remade: 50% of the new garment cost

The Client will pay return shipping and re-shiping cost of airmail or Express delivery determined by the Client.

Return Policy

Most items purchased from may be exchanged or returned within 2-3 business days from the date order is deliveried. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsaleable.

Please note: Certain items are marked as non-returnable, refundable, and/or exchangeable. For health reasons, we do not exchange nor accept returns on panties or items that cover the crotch, so please select these items with care. Costumes and Discount Category items (item code starts with dsc) are not returnable.

Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA # on the outside of the package and this return form within the package. Please make a copy of the return form for your records. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend returns be sent either insured or with delivery confirmation. Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item(s). A $5.00 processing fee per item is applied to all returns (this fee does not apply for exchanges). Each shipment includes a convenient Return Form for simple, easy returns.

Orders which received free shipping and have a return, in whole or part, will be charged a shipping fee(Actual shipping . Exchanges will not be cost ),Exchanges will not be charged the original shipping fee, however, a re-shipping fee will be charged to re-deliver exchanged items.

Holiday Return Policy

We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas and Valentine's Day, traditional gift giving holidays. Items purchased, therefore, from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 15 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 15 days after Valentine's Day. All other terms for returns apply.
